Arrival is possible at any time after 2 p.m. In the entrance area we have installed key boxes in which we can store the key for you.

We would be happy to provide you with an extra bed including a flat pillow for children and a duvet and a high chair.
You are welcome to use our grill hut in summer. There are enough charcoal grills and a campfire grill available for all of our guests.
The Café Astenblick is two houses further and invites you to coffee and cake.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Please contact us for additional blankets.
The closest train stations are Winterberg and Olsberg. From there you can reach Küstelberg with the bus lines R48 and S30.
Your two-wheelers are dry and safe in our bike garage. You can also charge e-bike batteries there.
Under the supervision of adults, our guests can make campfires in the garden. The campfire must then be extinguished – risk of forest fire!

An exciting adventure for our little guests – children’s tents.
Your children can camp in the adjacent forest with a clearing (plot completely fenced).
Tents, air mattresses and sleeping bags can be borrowed from us. But you can also bring and set up your own tents etc.
Sufficient toys are available for our little guests, including a playground, ketka, tricycle, sliding scooter and bobby car.

The nearest doctor can be found in Winterberg, a few minutes’ drive away.

Lockable e-bike charging stations (sockets) are available in our bike and ski garage.
A charging station for electric cars can be found 200 meters away in Küstelberg.

Your safety is our common concern. Fire detectors are installed in all corridors, in the stairwell and in your apartments. Do you detect smoke or fire? There are fire extinguishers on each floor. Escape routes are signposted. In the event of a fire, please follow the instructions of the employees.

All people arriving (children and adults) must be reported on arrival for insurance reasons. In the event of a fire, we need to know how many people are in a holiday apartment.

If you want to arrive later, we have key boxes in the entrance area. You will receive the code in advance.

We offer a luggage service to all our guests.
We bring the luggage to the next accommodation or collect the luggage from the last accommodation.

Your two-wheelers are dry and safe in our motorcycle garage. Smaller repairs can also be carried out by you in the workshop.

Pets are welcome at Landhaus Schlossberg, they must be specified when booking – a little surprise is waiting.
We charge 6 euros per pet per night.
There are numerous and sufficient parking spaces in front of the house and the barn.
However, please do not park on the opposite side of the street as they will be towed there.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. We reserve the right to charge any cleaning costs.
The Sauerland is ideal for various sports and leisure activities. We have described which these are for you under Tourism.
There is a sauna in the basement of our house, which you can use for a small fee (15.00 Euro).
For winter sports enthusiasts we have our own ski garage where your skis can be stored safely.
We are happy to provide baby cots and high chairs for small children.
We offer a shopping service for all guests if required. Just get in contact with us and let us know your requirements.

The Sauerland and Küstelberg are an ideal starting point for outdoor activities. We have provided a selection under Tourism.
All apartments are equipped with at least one satellite TV.
There is a table tennis table in our basement. You can borrow table tennis rackets and balls from us.
