Küstelberg is located in one of the most beautiful winter sports regions in Germany – the Sauerland! Everyone gets their money’s worth here.
Not far from our house you will find the Schlossberg ski area, the family ski area of the Center-Parcs Medebach. The Winterberg ski slopes are a little further, but can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Winterberg ski area
The ski lift carousel Winterberg is the largest ski area in the Sauerland.
The lifts in the ski lift carousel run in the winter season from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The lifts include:
- 34 runs on 7 mountains
- in a total length of 27.5 kilometers
There are ski slopes for all requirements:
- 14 km easy (blue)
- 12 km medium difficulty (red)
- 1.5 km difficult (black)
Floodlit skiing is always possible on Tuesdays and Fridays from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
